What is the Wallet?
Think of the Wallet as a pre-paid balance or kitty within your account. Funds in your Wallet are used automatically to cover charges for certain services, ensuring seamless operation without needing individual transactions for every small charge (e.g. paying for an SMS message sent).
Where to Find the Wallet:
Navigate to the Payments section in the left-hand menu.
Click on the Wallet tab

Key Wallet Features:
Wallet Balance: This shows the current amount of funds available in your Wallet.
Auto-Recharge Settings: To ensure you always have sufficient credit, the Wallet uses an auto-recharge system. You can configure:
Auto recharge with: Set the amount ($25, $50, $100, or $200) that will be automatically added to your Wallet when the balance gets low.
When balance is lower than: Set threshold ($50, $100, etc.), when your Wallet Balance drops below this amount, the auto-recharge is triggered using the payment method you have on file.
Example: If "Auto recharge with" is set to $25 and "when balance is lower than" is $50, and your balance drops to $40, the system will automatically charge your card on file $25, and your Wallet balance will be $65 ($40 + $25).
Transactions: This section lists all debits and credits to your Wallet, including initial funding, auto-recharges, and service charges. You can filter by date range and export the data to CSV.
How to Set Up Your Wallet (Required Steps):
Before you can use the Wallet, you need to complete two essential steps in order:
Add a Payment Method: The auto-recharge feature requires a valid credit card saved to your account
If you go to Payments > Wallet and see a prompt saying "Add payment method," you need to add a card first.
Click Add card. (Alternatively, go to Settings > Billing > Payment Information and click Add Card).
Enter your valid credit card details and click OK.
You should see a confirmation "Payment source updated successfully."
Activate the Wallet: Once a valid payment method is on file, you can activate the Wallet.
Go back to Payments > Wallet.
You should now see an "Activate Wallet" prompt. It will mention the initial charge amount (e.g., $125).
Click the Activate Now button.
Your Wallet will be activated, funded with the initial amount (e.g., $125), and the Wallet screen will now show your balance, settings, and the first transaction.
