1. Where do I find the Integration settings?
Navigate to Settings in the main left-hand menu.
Under the Connect category in the Settings menu, click on Integrations.
2. How do I start the Gmail connection?
On the Integrations page, locate the Gmail section.
Click the Connect with Gmail button.
3. How do I choose which Google Account to connect?
You will be redirected to a Google sign-in / account selection page.
Choose the specific Gmail account you want to use for sending/receiving emails through the platform.
4. What permissions do I need to grant?
After selecting your account, Google will show a confirmation screen ("Sign in to HubOneOS for Gmail"). Click Continue.
Next, Google will ask for permission for the platform ("HubOneOS for Gmail") to access your account. It specifically needs permission to "Read, compose, and send emails from your Gmail account".
Important: You must click the Allow button to grant these permissions. If you do not allow access, the email integration will not work, and emails may bounce.
5. How do I know the connection was successful?
After clicking "Allow," you will be redirected back to the platform's Integrations page.
The Gmail section will now display Connected Account along with the email address you connected. The button will also change to Disconnect.
Your Gmail account is now connected and ready to be used for sending and receiving emails within the platform's conversation features!
